“To develop a complete mind: study the science of art; study the art of science. Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else.”

The LIMITLESS Difference

Vision.

Our heart is that our children will know their identity in Christ as revivalists, grow in a healthy community and partner with God in the exciting ways He is drawing the nations to Himself. We have a wholistic approach and seek to see children transformed spirit, soul, and body.

History.

We started as a small group of Moms and Dads who either were or wanted to homeschool our kids. Once a week we would get together and have parent taught classes that aligned with our values. We had a whole lot in common… our desire to allow the Spirit to lead us in the education process, our hands on approach to learning, our commitment to make sure what we teach our kids at home and church lines up with what they learn at school, and our desire for fellowship and community. This little experiment went so well that we prayed and felt led to expand to a 3-day a week hybrid academy (5-day optional) with consistent staff and continued parent involvement. From there Limitless Academy was born!

Ignite.

Our first priority is to ignite a fire for Jesus in the heart of every child. As they form this connection and discovers their true purpose, a love for learning will also come alive as well as a desire to see God’s kingdom advance throughout the earth. We believe imagination, innovation and exploration are the birthright of every believer. Our kids are revivalists in all areas of society and carry the goodness of God wherever they go!

Equip.

As kids discover who and whose they are, we want to equip them to do the work of ministry to see heaven come to earth. We know that Holy Spirit is at work in the earth today, and followers of Jesus should heal the sick, cast out demons and raise the dead. In addition to this becoming part of ‘normal’ life we want Limitless learners to be equipped with the right skills and education to pursue any career or trade they feel called to.

Send.

Limitless Academy has partnerships with entrepreneurs, businesspeople, tradesmen, civil servants and missionaries. Our learners have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in unique and hands on mentorships. We have daily interactions with Fermata Farms and Café. We also partner with local and global missions’ organizations and take families on short-term trips or graduates can do long-term internships.

Age Stages.

We have learning environments for three age levels from Kindergarten through 8th Grade. As well as “project based” cohorts for High Schoolers (based on enrollment). Children are separated into these age-levels. We are also committed to as many multi-age interactions as possible as we have seen the benefits of these relationships. Field trips are a big part of our hands on learning and a great way to connect with others. We have Preschool for children with older siblings in the school.

Hybrid Model.

We meet on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9AM - 3PM with official learning environments throughout the day. 5-day per week options are available for families who need it (as enrollment allows). For hybrid students, Mondays and Tuesdays are at home days where parents have the option to set up private tutoring, homeschool, unschool or work on earning additional badges. This hybrid model allows parents to incorporate family trips, advanced academics or extra-curricular activities.

Paperwork.

Limitless Academy is a phenomenal resource for your children’s education journey. Parents will need to keep their own paperwork and either file a private homeschool affidavit or enroll with a local homeschool or charter school. Limitless Academy is a supplemental school and is not accredited. Our staff can share various options to help you find what is best for your family. Our teachers will create activities for each subject that can be used as work samples to fulfill paperwork requirements.

Achievement Badges.

We want Limitless kids to have a love for learning and a growth mindset rather than a feeling of comparison and unhealthy competition. Therefore, we do not have grades and testing. Instead we have badges that the learners can earn both at school and at home. Every learning environment and subject will have multiple opportunities to earn badges. Individuals or families can also earn badges by doing projects, taking trips, learning various life skills, doing mentorships or participating in service projects. Kids can also apply to create new badges and our staff will also suggest specific badges as we see various passions come to life in our learners.

Whole Child.

At Limitless we believe that every child is unique, therefore, we create a personalized learning plan for each one of them. We have counselors assigned to meet with each learner individually on a regular basis to discover what passions and abilities they have that we can help them tap into. We also believe that as Christians our spirit is made one with Holy Spirit, but our heart, mind, soul, and body need to be sanctified. There is no junior Holy Spirit, so our kids carry the fullness of heaven within them, and they are also able to begin the sanctification process. We have tools to help our kids with emotional health, grief recovery, mind renewal and more.

Coming of Age.

Most children, from birth to 13 years old form their identity based on input from their primary caregivers. After age 13 they step outside of that circle of safety and begin to question what they have been told about themselves and the world around them. At Limitless Academy we have discovered how important it is for these kids to have committed and encouraging believers around them who can reaffirm the truth about who they are. When kids graduate 8th grade, we have various coming of age celebrations and ceremonies and there will be men and women of character committed to being a good influence in their lives.
